Conditions for returns:
Items must be in unused and undamaged condition.
To initiate a return, you must send us an email or contact us via the contact form on the website, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
Once we confirm your return, you will receive a discount coupon that can be used for a future purchase from our store.
Monetary refunds are not available. Items are returned in exchange for a coupon that can be used for future orders.
The coupon is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Important:
Returns are only possible for physical products that have not been used or worn.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
