Delivery of all products is carried out within the territory of Bulgaria via the courier company Econt.

Shipments can be received:

to the customer’s address
to an Econt office of your choice

The delivery time is up to 14 working days, depending on availability and workload.

After the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

International delivery

We offer delivery to European Union countries and other nations.

Prices for international orders are final and include:

transportation costs
all applicable fees and duties
delivery with paid duties and taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

The customer does not owe any additional fees upon receiving the shipment.

The delivery time outside of Bulgaria may vary depending on the destination.

Payment

Payment for orders in Bulgaria is made via cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.

The customer has the right to inspect the contents of the shipment before payment. Payment is made only if the customer is satisfied with the condition of the product.

For international orders, payment is made in advance via the available methods on the website.

Inspection and testing

All shipments in Bulgaria are sent with an “Inspection” option, which allows you to ensure that the product meets your expectations before paying for it.

Returns and cancellations

The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return conditions:

the product must be in its original condition
there must be no signs of use
it must be returned in the original packaging

Return costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of a defective or incorrect product.

After receiving and checking the returned product, the amount is refunded in an agreed-upon manner.

All products are crafted with attention to detail. Slight differences in texture and color are possible, which is natural for wood products and guarantees their uniqueness.
