These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “ArborDeco” Ltd., UIC: 208155816 (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”) and the users of the online store.<\/p>

After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation.<\/p>

4. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/p>

All prices on the website are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include VAT.<\/p>

For the convenience of customers, prices may also be displayed in Euro (EUR); these are indicative and calculated based on the current exchange rate.<\/p>

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that:<\/p>

The product is in its original condition<\/p>

There are no signs of use<\/p>

Non-refundable after download, in accordance with applicable legislation<\/p>

7. Warranty and Claims<\/strong><\/p>

In case of a defect or non-conformity:<\/p>

The customer must contact us within 7 days<\/p>

We offer a replacement or a refund<\/p>

8. Copyright<\/strong><\/p>

All STL models, designs, and images are the property of “ArborDeco” Ltd.<\/p>

Resale of the STL files<\/p>

Distribution or uploading to other platforms<\/p>

Use for creating physical products for personal or commercial use<\/p>
